“Hotel was awesome. It was unfortuate that the young manager. Thought it was appropriate to criticise the staff running the breakfast area in front of customers. She put him in his place with her knowledge and experience. My opinion was that it was extremely well run. Immaculate. As for the manager, he was coached by a Corporate type, who was present just before the manager tried to criticise the staff. Loved the hotel, ”
